In Marketing → Website, each page shows one state:

| Publishing since… | Your publish is being built; usually live within about 2 minutes |
| Published … | Live on your website |
| Waiting for the publisher · Requested … | The publish request is queued and hasn't started for more than 5 minutes |
Fix it
- Wait 2 minutes and refresh the Studio.
- If it still says Waiting for the publisher, choose Retry.
- Still waiting after a retry: contact support with the time shown. Your draft is safe and your current live site doesn't change.
Publishing is refused
Publish is refused if a page still has instruction text from the template. The message names the page and section; replace that text, save, and publish again.
